Yesterday 10 Oct the power went off at 15:42 before it could rain, I called city of tshwane on 0123582111 at 21:27 and they gave me ref no:1856/10 and they told me that they would come and fix the electicity. Today it is the 11 Oct and no one came and this is not the 1st time doing this, city of tshwane must employ competent people I have a 3days old baby and I 'm not breastfeeding what must my baby eat? I pay for their services and they must deliver, I'm fed up of people not doing their jobs and we end up suffering for the mistakes of other people, I believe city of tshwane has people working on stand by where are those people? They should be fired
