Incompetent Staff With a Don’t Care Attitude

I have a major water leak outside my property. I have gone directly to the Boksburg municipality and laid a complaint on Friday 12 July. I was given reference number 829073. To date nothing has been done. I have called every day since and now given reference number 832607. Still nothing has been done. I have spent over R500 on calls only to speak to David and then Temba who have a don't care attitude and come across as if they are doing me a favour. They were both arrogant, non-responsive and rude. When Temba got tired of speaking to me she just disconnected the call and David didn't speak and ignored me. This incompetent service needs to be dealt with. My wall has collapsed and I have had to make a temporary fix to resolve the problem. Who is now going to fix this?
