This is NOT a compliment for the company or the branch as I still need to find a branch were the service is not disgusting and the staff totally qlueless. This compliment is for David de Wet or van Wyk, can't remember. I previously had a problem at your ERM branch and David was on it and sorted it out immidiately with a smile on his face. When I went back about a week ago, I was looking for a builders bucket. I asked one of the staff and got the answer "look in DIY", which I did but could not find. I asked a staff member to assist me and he didn't look to eager. On your way to where the buckets should be I saw David (smiling as usual) and asked him to assist me. We went to where is should be, but could not find any. He asked a staff member and was told to look at the plastic area, but still nothing. David didn't tell me that there was nothing left, he immidiatly said that he will go and look in the basement, and returned with the item. The only question is; "Why has he not been promoted yet as your customer serivice manager that I complained about before, does not even have this attitude. I think you should re-look the way you promote people as David is long overdue
