Substandard service/ poor relationship management

When pec was hired to take over the metering services of my premises, an exorbitant deposit was requested, on lengthly investigation it turned out that the fault behind the miscalculation lay with yourselves and the rental company only. The deposit requested was then reduced and promptly paid. Every bill since has been settled in full, until such time as you sought to request a secondary 'additional deposit'. On numerous occasions I queried this, especially since I had lodged a request to terminate my lease agreement and move out of the premises in question. Why at this juncture would it be prudent to request this extra money? Moreso, why would the requested amount escalate from 1500 to 5400 due to my becoming 'high risk'? I maintain and repeat, I have never not paid my electrical bill. Furthermore, today you sought to disconnect my electricity supply, I am neither indebted to you nor have failed to communicate with your company throughout this unfavourale interaction. Your conduct is both disgusting and unsubstantiated. Judging by the numerous complaints it is clear to see your companies reputation precedes itself in this regard. May your years of mismanagement be numbered.
