I bought a car at Kia Menlyn in August through Vanessa (Sales Executive) and i still dont have plate numbers. Everytime when i enquire about the plates, i get stories only. The first permit was valid from the 15th August to 04 September 2013, on August 28th i received a call from her to collect the plate numbers, i went to her on the 06 September and when i got there she told me that she made a mistake those plate were not mine. She didnt even bother to inform me not to come anymore because of the mistake. She only told me when i got to her office a week after her call. I had to travel with an expired permit for more that a week before i got another one. This second permit is also expiring on the 09/10 and still there is no word from her, if you dont call her she doesnt update you, if you call her, she just makes promises but not deliver. I have never seen such a bad service, i even regret buying a car from Kia Menlyn and will never buy there again.
