Very Bad Service

Customer sitting with us in the office waiting for a death certificate while I sent one of my staff to go and get the death certificate. While she is at home affairs Kempton Park the one lady tells her that we can only register death before 12:00. This incident happend at 15h00. The lady tells us that she won't help us because she is going home now. What is wrong herte. Honestly a family is sitting waiting for the death certificate and home affairs kempton park won't assist us as it is too late now
