I have a applied for my parents marriage certificate in 2011 and they still havent given it too me, everytime i come to the offices they say they will investigate but still no feedback i cant se what the problem is all the time had to go to Bellville Dept to apply as Cape Town was not getting anything, then went back to Cape Town as Bellville could help me. Call the call centre numerous times.
Im so feed up with Home Affairs as i need to get my portuguese passport and cant because home affairs cant get a simple thing right..
