I would like to report how disgusted I am in the BAD & POOR service from the above mentioned department. I have been giving through my meter readings for a while and from the last 3 months the person I sent it to gave in the wrong readings which ended up in me paying twice the rate I am supposed to. Instead of calculating the correct amount in three months I now have to pay it all at once!!!
How the F&@^% am I supposed to pay this and pay other bills at the same time??? How can we even trust what they put on the statements at the end of the month???
Like they always say... YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE - BECAUSE THERE IS NO F*&$^king SERVICE!!!
