Incompetent Employees

I'm struggling to get my readings correct every month with Lindi. She said that I can e-mail the readings to her, but she still makes mistakes. The readings are given clearly on the e-mails, so what could be the problem then with incorrect accounts. I'm really sick and tired of this. And if you phone, she either doesn't answer the phone or they put you through to the wrong person, who in the end puts the phone down in your ear. Or when you phone the switchboard they are not even sure that this specific person works there. How on earth can we work like this? This is totally unacceptable!!
