Good day,
I have now been struggling to get my deposit back from my previous house for a year and 3 months, with no success or any response from the council. The amount is R1, 800 and due to me.
I have owned several previous homes and never received any deposit back - I think it is now time to start refunding the deposit on the last house at least. Dugson from the council send me a mail confirming the deposit amount due - but since then no response.
