Excellent service

A couple of weeks ago my drain was blocked at the complex I stay at in Polokwane.

I phoned the Municipality and the lady that answered was very friendly and efficient. She said to me that she will send someone as soon as possible. Half an hour later two repairs men were at my house and another half an hour later the drain was fixed. I really appreciate the excellent service and prompt response from them.
