On the 5th Dec 2013 I reported blocked drain and a leak in my kitchen sink with my insurance with Std Bank and they they telling they can't send a plumber to check what happened because the drain is blocked by roots growing inside the drainage. She is saying that because last time we had the problem of blocked drain the plumber told them that. Now they saying we should have replaced the pipes after but that would not stop the roots from growing again. But Its not the same drain that was blocked when they discovered the roots why does she think its the same problem that's causing the blockage? Can't she do decency of sending a plumber to see what the problem is?
