Paperwork thrown onto the floo

I used my ezipay pay number when doing an EFT instead of my Municipality account number. After MONTHS of attempts to get through to the Municipality & numerous faxes I decided to go in person. After standing in the queue I was told no one can help me - I should go and see Daphne who told me she was too busy to do anything, she made photocopies & threw them onto the floor next to her desk. I now have an amount in arrears & as Daphne said it is my problem to pay the arrears fine, whilst I have attempted to ask her to sort out my query. PLEASE assist I am desperate to sort this matter out. What a bad attitude toward a TOP PAYING Polokwane business.
