OH HOW STUPID!

I wanted to register to use the e-yasikohoka service for Ekurhuleni. I got a registration error and contacted the helpline. They promised to send me the password to my email address. I confirmed twice that my email adress is correct. That was last week. Up to date I have recieved NOTHING. NIL. NADA. ZERO. FOKOLI. Then to log a complaint on their website YOU FIRST HAVE TO LOG IN. HAHAHAHA what half a brain IT geek designed this? You don't get support from the helpline and you cannot log in to register a complaint? WHAT a Laughing stock! Then, I traced the emai address to send the complaint to AND guess what? The recipients mailbox is FULL and cannot receive mails at this time. DON'T YOU KNOW THERE AT THE MUNICIPALITY HOW TO ORGANISE YOUR EMAILS INTO FOLDERS AND HOW TO CLEAN OUT YOUR MAILBOXES REGULARLY? IF you recieve a lot of emails you can organise and store it in folders on another server halfa brain IT SUPPORT AND halfa brain MUNICIPALITY USERS! We pay you so much money but you can't afford a decent server with enough storage and to send your people on training on how to be able to use email properly? PATHETIC. GET UP TO DATE!!!
