I talked to an intern because every permanent staff seems to be having no time to attend to the patients. They are keeping patients waiting while they allow cleaning staff to clean the clinic in the reception area because they're in a rush to knock off early and go home. To my knowledge the cleaning duties are done at night or when its not busy late in the evening. No staff member or management is putting on a name tag and some are dressed in an unpresentable way. How can they attend to patients while them selves are not clean enough.
