Property Damage and Harrasment

I am OUTRAGED with The Garsfontein garbage removal. They refuse to take bags which is inside the dustbin with the lid open without wanting something in return eg. Food, clothes ect. and keep ringing my house bell,
which I view as complete harassment for they get paid and it is their job to remove the rubbish.
This morning thy broke down a wall and devil fork at my gate and broke open the Tshwane electrical box to do who knows what!
