Throughout 2012 it has become a custom for the 06:10 Murrayfield bus not to run. After several complaints to the head office we were promised they will discipline the driver. Since November 2012 the problem took a turn fo the worst and we are never sure when the bus will run. Complaints to the office has since gone unanswered. Since 14 January 2013 we have only seen the bus 4 times. Can you please help with information as to whether the bus is being phased out or if there is a problem that can be fixed. This is affecting all of us badly as we rely on this service.
