I went to apply for my passport this morning. Although not very friendly the staff were quick and efficient. I had my application done and dusted within 25 minutes. There was good structure and I knew exactly where to go to next. The only dissappointing thing is that there were NO pens to actually fill out the forms and people had to borrow pens from each other. When the staff were asked for pens they said that they only had one which they were using...
So remember to take your own pen when going there.

You would need 2 color head and shoulder passport photo's, your id book, a copy of your id document and R400.
