In October 2012 I upgraded my contract from 1Gb to 2Gb per month. On the 1st November 2012 I should have been allocated the increased amount. However this did not happen and I only received the additional amount following a phone call. I was assured by the consultant Havash Sing that this would be fixed. I have since had to phone, December, January and now February. Nashua have still not fixed the problem. They are useless and I will change my service provider since Nashua are in breach of contract. When you try and report the problem you are left holding on for 15 minutes or more!! Africa wins again.
