Cant get through to the call centre

What is going on with CIPC's service. I have been trying to get hold of them on their call centre number and also the email. The number gives options and then tries to transfer to the next available consultant then they drop the line. Can somebody help me as I cannot get on my profile. When I go to forgotten password it is sending the password to an e-mail which i no longer use. I need to register a company urgently and cannot do so without getting on with my customer code. I tried sending an e-mail but there is no respond. I wish there was a competator for services like this, so that we can get a better service.
