Since Aug 2012 i could not log in with a 6 customer number.
I currently can only log in with a 7 digit customer number. Apparently they did fix it in Aug.
I paid for name reservation. Finance knows of my payment details. IT still gets it wrong with my login details.
I finally managed to get a company name reserved in December phoning in, after trying multiple times. They don't answer calls or respond to emails.
I received a confirmation notice of Name reservation via email only.
When i wanted to add my Company details, by logging in still with the incorrect customer code, the website said, my Name reserved, belongs to another customer code.
#$@#$???
No professionalism, no service delivery, no- staff present, No-CIPC service AT ALL! As usual useless an non existing.
WHAT MUST WE DO TO GET HELP AND SUPPORT!!!???
Can we as South African's, Sue th CIPC for non-compliance?
