Mis-information and bad service

I have taken off work on two separate occasion to amend my banking details so that I can receive my payout. I called the contact centre to confirm the documents that are needed to do this amendment and they have confirmed I am in possession of the correct documentation but after queueing in line and finally reaching a consultant with a very bad attitude advises me that I need a certified copy of my land lord's I'd who has already completed and signed the proof of residence!!! Not only was this consultant agitated and aggressive in tone she was patronising too - I'm truly discussed in SARS with there procedures and quality of staff. Quick to tax us for almost everything but have constant issues when it comes to payouts! As tax payers we deserve better treatment and correct information give the first time around! Don't waste our valuable time!!!
