On Monday early hours of the morning (12th Aug 2013) our cables were. This was reported on Monday morning. Its Tuesday late afternoon, almost evening and our cables have still not be fixed / replaced! How long are we expected to live without electricity? We can't have warm baths, cook and our meat has gone off in our freezers! You quick to make a big whooo haa when rates and taxes aren't paid, but when we are left like this without electricity we are expected to sit back and enjoy the ride! Not even a courtesy call to let us know what is happening! We pay our rates and taxes on time so we demand to be assisted on time. This is very poor customer service!
