Poor Service delivery

We have a water leak in one of our buildings in Braamfontein 91 De Korte, we have reported the issue multiple times with no resolution to the problem. The following reference numbers have been obtained but still the leak persists:

o 8001465876
o 8001475134

We have been reporting this issue for the past three weeks and not once have we had feedback from anybody in regards to the leak. We have obtained contact numbers from various sources in order to report the issue but we still have not had any success in resolving the problem. I spoke to Moses yesterday the 12th of August and I again vented my frustration, I even offered for his supervisor to send me a "please Call Me" in order for me to show the technicians where the issue is originating from when they get to site. As per the attached SLA from council that was distributed it is acknowledged that any leak or water issues will be dealt with within the longest 7 working days. We have also reported the issue on your website and I left my contact details and still no communication from any of your officials. We need this issue to be dealt with, this has been dragging for way to long.
