Im waiting for a letter to say when can i get my child's card for all pay, but every time i go to Diazville civic they gave me a number 022 703 7000 - sassa vredenburg, i must call them and gave my id no so that they can first check for me if my documentation is finished than i dont have to sit so long at the civic and found out there are still nothing, but when i do call vredenburg the staff told me that they cant do it i must go over there and sit there but the last time i called there was a guy helping me with so much joy in his voice, but the other women that works there dont knw her name by the way, she need to realy change her attitude, and be friendly over the phone dont they know telephone manners, they all rude man, dont knw how to speak to you over the phone
