On the 6th of this month i went 2 da sassa offices in volsoorus 2 hav my daugthers' fingerprints taken. N 2 my horror, i was harrassed by an employee, who told me there was nothing i could do 2 her because her father owns those offices. She had a very bad attitude, told me if i didnt kiss her, i wasnt gonna get any help.
I dont know how they let people who dont hav an idea how give proper customer care deal with people on a daily basis. Mayb there was some truth in her story bout her being there because of her father coz i dont see how she would still b there with her attitude...
