Ok well were do i begin? There is no service from SASSA to speak off. On the 2013/09/02 i did a dissability grant for my son because he is downsyndrome and when i phone then again today 2013/12/18 they told me that they are still busy with our paperwork? Other branchs that i know off have payed out the money with in 6 weeks! they also told you that there is a back log at the Germiston Branch. Now why dont SASSA do something about the problem to help the people who need the money like myself. Every time you hear the same old story evey time then a person must nog get upset no because they do you a big favour.
So now i just wanne know what must a person do to get any help any where
