On the 1st July 2013 I submitted my tax returns for 2013 via my iPad but unfortunately since I wasn't sure how to use the iPad application I filed the retun incorrectly. I then did a correction at the office and also sent through the required supporting documentation and now a month later my return for 2013 has not been assessed as yet. Everytime I call their call centre I keep getting referred to my 2012 submissions instead of getting a proper response on the 2013. When I check on my iPad whats due to me it does give me an amount but when I log in via a computer all I get is that my correction has been file but not assessed yet and it takes 5 working days to process. Its been a full month now and I still dont know whats going on. Can someone take a look at this and tell me whats going on.
