IPAD ONLINEORDER!!!

I ordered an ipad online via the FNB website, this was done on or around the second last week of March 2013.
There was such a delay as I was informed on the 19th of March that my contract was approved. Thereafter It took a week for the consultants to call me, when they did I asked them to deliver it. To this day its is almost a month later and I have not received it, THis is pathetic as FNB advertises prompt service and its now a month and nothing has happened, I have had to make numerous calls to enquire to which the consultants tells me its as the courier and they dont know whats going on and there seems to be nobody that can assist
I also will take this matter up even futher if my account is debited this month, for the first debit order as I did not receive the IPAD as yet. Please can someone find out whats going on!!!
