I wish to thank the staff of Park Rynie / Scottburgh Department of Home Affairs for their level of compassion and service delivery. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, my elderly, frail mother needed a new ID and a temporary ID. With great difficulty did we get my mother who is completely bedridden to their office. These kind people went out of their way to help her give fingerprints and arrange for ID photos to be taken right there in the office. They were in contact with Pretoria and kept me informed of the progress. Thanks to these staff members willing to go the extra mile, my mother now again has identity, since banking matters and everything in the line of finances and care revolves around your identity document. Thank you once again and keep up the good work!!!
