The Gautrain claims to cover a 20km radius which is an utter when you look at the centurion station. The current bus routes have buses overlapping at points and using the exact same route back. In hatfield the buses cover a wide area and are actually usable. In Centurion however ALL the bus routes go one direction and completely neglect CLUBVIEW and LYTTLETON to name but the prominent ones.
This is forcing me to either use my car or to walk 5KM - The nearest bus stops 4KM away-extremely helpful hey?
I log a complain on the website and was email a response full of fluff lots of blah blah blah. They say you can log a request for a new bus route on the website but I have been unable to find one.
How can you claim 20 Km radius coverage if you people staying closer than 5KM's aren't serviced.
Gautrain please contact me and I'll show you a nice busroute that covers the whole area of people missing out.
Utterly shocking.
And whats more- Add more 8 car trains from sandton between 4pm and 5:30 . I'm sick and tired of always having have to stand cramped up with many others
