Bus routes Cancelled

I used to take the Vileria bus. The cancel the intire route without notification. The are fast to send an SMS when a train is delayed but can not inform you if they cancel a bus route that you need to get to the station.
When you phone the helpline you get stupid remarks like "we are impproving our service". If you take away a bus route you are not improving anything. When you ask at the station they tell you that you need to ask the bus driver - how will the bus driver know. They are only driving the route that they get. When you lock a complaint on the website they e-mail you a week later telling the same story. I think this is very bad tast.
