I am still shcoked that after having complains regarding waiting tiem for the Arcadia route, nothing has been done to correct this oversight or descrimination. Currenntly when you get off in Hatfield during peak hours teh bus to Arcadia leaves every 24 minutes. Buses to the eastern suburbs leave every 12 minutes, these despite that the buses are most of the time empty. Example, i would arrive at 18h35 at Hatfield Gautrain station and only leave at 19h05.Buses that depart every 12 minutes woudl leave at 18h40 empty if not with one or two people while those from Arcadia wait despite being more than the people for the routes with shorter lead times.
This is disturbing given that drivers and the bus managers at the stations know very well that the Arcadia route is moslty busy. Our complains fell onto deaf ears and no alternatives given. We all pay money and would appreciate that Gautrain review this challenge and offer us service just like the people from the East Of Pretoria. We all pay with money despite our race .i was also disturbed to hear that people in Central Pretoria complain about the same issues. Stop the race card and be fair with us
