The lady (no name badge, white complection, african, first counter) at Enquiries counter (water & electricity), she has no customer service at all, she needs training or take pension if she doent want to serve the community, while assisting me her friend came to just have a chat, I had to wait for them to finish, she doesn't even know her product.
she thinks its her house, no eye contact at all...
