We have had no water since Monday evening - I have phoned everyday twice a day to get someone from Ekurhuleni to come see to the problem. We have established the the meter battery is low and obviously needs a new battery however nothing has been done. I had new tenants moving in yesterday and they arrived to a dirty house as well as toilet and the toilets are starting to smell rather bad. This is a matter of urgency - could someone please kindly get back to me ASAP. And your Customer Care email does not exist...
