Website error on annual returns and no assistance

I am unable to access the annual returns section on the website, which means that I can not pay for my company, the site responds in an ERROR notification for the past 3 days. I also am unable to get in touch as usual which means no one is there for customer support. Now if everyone uses this service and is unable to pay annual returns, that affects the fees payable and then they can close my company for their irresponsible errors which I feel is now unfair to me (the customer and many others).

Major complaint and concern- Website error for annual returns (using all browsers)
No one ever answers, even after one hour on the telephone line...
