I registered my company 09 September 2011, last year I filed my annual returns through the Shelf Company Warehouse. This year I decided to do it myself as it works out cheaper. I then registered as a customer online and did all my calculations and it worked out to R100 plus a R50 penalty fee (i do not know for what). Fine, 29 October I did an EFT from my personal cheque account for that R150. It wasn't allocated so I faxed the proof to the relevant number on the 19th of November, still the funds are not allocated and as a result I am unable to file. I tried calling the call centre but I have been holding for more than half an hour. Really what do I do now as I am scared my company will end up being inactive due to you guys not allocating the funds to my customer account and I might even lose out on business opportunities. Please sort this out!
