Am confuse and frustrated, please help me

My Name is Michael Shokele Nyelele. I apply for an I-D in eight of January 2013 (2013/01/8 in Germiston. they promise me that the ID is going to take 3 weeks. it's almost 7 months now, since December my ATM has be Expired and Bank told me to bring my document before they can re-issue another ATM for me. i cannot access my salary.
Even my late Brother kids stop going to school, simply because i cannot have access in my salary in bank, please who Ever in that position NOW, i beg you to help me. should help me please, i don't want to take this Children back to the Village. we are not eating well as before, please.

please help me to get my ID in time, am frustrated
