Traffic Department
I was forced to take a traffic fine

On the 09th of Jan 2013, I was pulled out for passing a towtruck that yeilded me to pass by driving on a yellow line because of the steep ascend. She said I was driving on a barrier line which they could not even see from were they were standing. Because they know that on that road its a barrier line all they way, she assume that I was driving on a barrier line because they saw the roofs of both cars travelling parallel and assumed that I was on a barrier line.

When I tried to explain that I wasn't driving on a barrier line she said it means they can't see with her colleague saying they have four fines still to give for their target. I was fined R1000.00 or to physically come see the Prosecuter for reduction of something I did not do and it will still cost me a lot because I'm in Joburg and this must be processed in Tzaneen. They are hiding themselfs which ended up making them not to see what really happens on the road. There were 2 cars which one was stopped before me and the other one after me. I can provide those care reg numbers if you need to check if they were either fined or paid a pribe.

Kindest regards,
Mahlatse Lucky Malatji
