SARS just doesn’t care they don’t reply to emails

I recently got a sms dear taxpayer a recurring penalty has been imposed on you.
Why after the second penalty has SARS informed me that a recurring penalty has been imposed on me? Why has SARS waited until the third recurring penalty to inform me? I was told that for every month that I have not settled the outstanding with SARS I have been penalized thus adding more money every month to the so called tax I owe.
I phoned the number provided with the sms and was informed by a SARS employee that I owe tax from 2010 however I was unemployed for half of 2010 and my salary for the last six months of 2010 fell in the bracket that exempted me from paying tax.
I then sent SARS an email from their website asking for an explanation that was three weeks ago and no answer.
I expect SARS to get somebody to contact me and provide me with proof that they informed me prior to 2013 that I have outstanding tax, and I expect an explanation explaining why I am being taxed for 2010.

This is the typical apathetic service provided by the South African government pathetic you people make me sick.
