Iv received - what looked liked a email from SARS.
I was not to sure so iv called SARS.
The lady that answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, ungrateful that iv called to ask and inform SARS
about this.
The only thing she had to say was - "We know about emails and just ignore it??? " WHAT!?
First she was not even interested in finding more info from my side, then she gave me the wrong info on what to do - i.e... just ignore it...
How rude, and unprofessional of SARS. No wonder South Africa's economy is in such a bad shape.
