Been mailing and phoning Ria Van Niekerk since March 2013 to ask about the refund owing to me after the house was sold.
A lady called Sharon Seckle, very helpful but unfortunately from a different department guided me to Ria. So Ria's mailbox is now full and cannot receive any for the last 2 weeks. So i wonder how she actually does any work needless to say perhaps she doesn't even work there?
Now, a guy called Mildred has been asked. Mildred's mailbox is luckily not full but he is also just given the silent treatment.
City of JHB, get your act together. I've been paying you for years, not its time you give me my money back that you owe me. We all know if i owed you, you would be phoning me daily. So, return the favour and refund me.
Also perhaps put someone in charge of the refunds department that can get the job done or hire someone from cape Town as the Western Cape def does not have this problem.
Seriously.
