The Refunds Department of Johannesburg are an absolutely useless bunch of people. On 6 May 2013 my stepmother was told by a supposed "manager", Bongani Twala, that he would pay the refund DUE to me into my account but the computers were offline so he would pay it in within 2-3 days. He gave my stepmother his e-mail address : [Email Removed] and that I should e-mail him if I haven't received my money. I have now tried e-mailing (get read receipt) daily and have also managed to get a landline for him and his director but these numbers just ring (0113583352 & 0113583494). I find this type of service appalling and wish to get an answer on my refund. This is monies OWED to me and I have followed the correct refund procedure. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Short of saying that they have my money I am not sure where to turn.
