I BOUGHT CELLPHONE FROM FONECHOICE DECEMBER 2012 AND I RETURN IT ON JANUARY 2013 AND THEY COME AND COLLECT IT AND SIGNED THE PAPER WORK. ON THE MONTH END OF FEBRUARY THEY DEDUCT THE MONEY I CALLED THEM REGARDING THE AMOUNT THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND ME, AGAIN ON MARCH THEY DEDUCTED THE MONEY AND I CALLED THEM AND I ASK THEM WHY THEY DEDUCT BUT PHONE ARE NOT WITH ME THEY SAID ONCE THEY REFUND ME THEY WILL STOP DEDUCTING. ON THE 2/04/2013 I CALLED THEM AND ASK THEM WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS I ASKED THEM HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE THEY SAID THEY DON'T KNOW I ASK THEM TO GIVE ME A LETTER THAT I CAN GIVE TO MY BANK SO THAT THE DEDUCTION CAN'T CONTINUE THEY SAID THEY DON'T DO THAT UNLESS IS FOR SETTLEMENT THEY WILL GIVE ME THAT ONE I ASKED THEM SO THIS MONTH OF APRIL THE FONECHOICE IS GOING TO DEDUCT AGAIN THEY SAID THEY DON'T KNOW IT'S 2 MONTHS NOW AND I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY I WANT MY MONEY NOW SURELY THEY WILL DEDUCT AGAIN THEY ARE CRUELS I REGRET TO DO A BUSSINES WITH FONECHOICE I SPOKE WITH WALEED HE TOLD ME THAT THE WAREHOUSE SAID THEY ONLY RECEIVE ONE CELLPHONE WHICH IS I CAN'T GET MY MONEY.
