Okay after phoning the whole of last week & e-mailing, I was assured that I would receive the RubyBox last week, I was assured again on Friday, that I would definitely receive it on Friday 15 March. Today Monday, I phoned them twice & was assured I would definitely get it today they are calling the courier, yet Charmel did not come back to me again, so I phoned & advised I have appointments to go to, if she could just give me an indication, but alas - still has not come back to me yet again, we are not always here, so I cannot just sit waiting for them everyday. My sister is in the Wilderness area & received her box 2 weeks ago already, seriously what is their problem about making a delivery in the Cape town area, my account was debited on the 11 March already. Their customer service is an absolute joke.
