I had signed up for Sars eFiling service and requested the assitance of one the agents to contact me and assist me in completing my online tax return.
I explained to him this was my 1st time attempting to do online tax returns and asked him to bear with me.
Instead, he was rude, impatient, and just right foul!
I ended up dropping the call because i was so upset by the way the consultant "assisted" me.
I am very disappointed with Sars in general and i would rather struggle alone than have rude agents like Lesley supposedly attempting to me "help" me.
