Free gym bags when joining never received

I joined the N1 City Gym on 17/9/2013 with one of my friends.

The gym was running at that time promising new members a new gym bag upon joining.
When we inquired about the bags, we where told they had no stock and our names would go on a list and then be given gym bags as soon as they had stock.

Up to today (26/6/2013) we have received no bags although even asking our consultant 2 more times.

It seems that Virgin Active only make promises and when they need to deliver, no results!

I am very disappointed as other members have received bags and we have not.
