My husband has been sent from pillar to post with reagrds to what can be accepted as proof of residence as SARS. We called the contact centre first and asked as we he called to come to SARS office regarding certain changes, liitle did we know he would be there for the next two days being sent back, requested to get certains documents. only to go back and be told that THEY CAN NOT USE IT!! Do people get the same training? because honestly this is poor service. and worse a major inconveiniece. This is day 2 and we are still running around. and no one is making anything easier!
