My Name is Sindiswa Dlamini, I applied for a changed of ownership account in order for me to pay for my rates for the house that I bought in Southfork, Jhb, on 5 May 2011 and submitted all the relevant and supporting required documents to Ms Irene Bosch. I was told it will take 6 weeks to 3 months but I have make a follow up calls after the said period of which I did.
But everytime I called I was told it has not changed, I went back again on 17 April 2012 and asked for Irene hence she the one who helped me with my application, she told me the account is still not changed but promised to that she will sort it out because everything was in order. But till today my account hasnt been changed its still on the previous owners name and I am not going to pay for the account that doesnt belong to me and the arreas are accumulating as we speak.
