The CIPC system is so irritating, I created an account to do an online registration, their system is very slow and I cannot complete my registration. I realised that they were working on the problem but its been long enough (over 4 weeks) for their system to give us such errors. For such a big industry and still not able to solve their system problem is a big sadness.
Worst of all, they take almost an hour to reach a call centre assistant, their call centre operators are not trained enough to handle customer's queries.
Please we need more feedback this is not good enough.
